PT Mantra Bali will have a complement of permanent staff looking after the cleaning of the villas, the laundry, gardens, pools etc with a cook and butler service available if required. Gardening and maintenance will be carried out via underground tunnels to ensure the peace and tranquility of the owners remains undisturbed. Although not required, 24 hour security will be provided ensuring maximum peace of mind while the owners are in residence or away.
Villa Artha is being offered on a 1/8th Fractional Ownership basis. As with luxury yachts, private jets and prestige sports cars, ownership of a property that will sit empty much of its life is not a prudent use of personal finances. Purchasing Villa Artha on a fractional basis allows an owner to enjoy the expansive individual villas, combined with the service of permanent staff to fulfill your every wish, but buying only what you realistically require.
